Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Payroll and Time Management.
Configure, customize, and support SAP HCM modules with a focus on Payroll (including local country-specific requirements) and Time Management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions.
Manage payroll calculations, absence/attendance management, work schedules, and time evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
Conduct system testing, end-user training, and process documentation.
Support integrations with SAP modules (e.g., FI, SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in Payroll and Time Management.
Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time management rules.
Solid understanding of statutory payroll regulations (GCC/MENA region preferred).
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in
Arabic (mandatory)
and English.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Knowledge of integration with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
Exposure to ESS/MSS portals and workflow management.
SAP certification in HCM Payroll/Time Management.
