Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
; Master's preferred.10+ years of IT experience
, with at least5+ years in Cards/Payments domain
in a banking environment. Proven experience withcard management systems.
Strong knowledge ofmiddleware, APIs, ESB (MuleSoft/WebMethods), and integration patterns
. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key Competencies
Deep
technical knowledge of cards ecosystem
(issuing, acquiring, settlement). Strongproblem-solving and analytical abilities
in complex banking projects. Ability to managemultiple stakeholders and vendors
in a regulated environment. Excellentdocumentation and governance skills
for technical audits and regulatory reviews. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leadinglarge-scale transformation initiatives
