Job Description
As a Carbon Fiber Master, you will be responsible for
designing, fabricating, repairing, and installing carbon fiber components
for both interior and exterior automotive applications. You should have expert knowledge of carbon fiber layup techniques, mold making, vacuum infusion, and finishing processes.Key Responsibilities:
Design and fabricate
carbon fiber parts
(interior trim, panels, spoilers, diffusers, hood/roof pieces, etc.) Use vacuum bagging and infusion methods forcomposite layups
Sand, finish, clear coat, and polish carbon fiber parts for ahigh-gloss, showroom finish
Collaborate with upholsterers, fabricators, and paint techs tointegrate carbon parts into full builds
Repair damaged carbon fiber parts toOEM or better standards
Read blueprints, measurements, and client spec sheets to ensureprecision craftsmanship
Maintain workspace cleanliness and adhere toshop safety protocols
