Automotive Carbon Fiber Technician

to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture, repair, and assemble carbon fibre automotive parts.

Work with pre-preg carbon fibre, vacuum bagging, and autoclave processes Ensure high-quality finishing, trimming, and surface preparation.

Conduct structural repairs on damaged carbon fibre components.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop lightweight solutions.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Sand, polish, and apply clear coats for aesthetic carbon fiber finishes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in carbon fibre fabrication and repair (automotive industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of composites, resin systems, and curing processes.

Skilled in hand-laying, cutting, trimming, and surface finishing.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.

Based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.

Experience

:

Proven experience in carbon fiber or composite fabrication (Min : 3 years).

Strong understanding of automotive body and trim fitting.

Ability to work with hand and power tools (Dremel, rotary tools, sanders).

Knowledge of autoclave and vacuum bagging processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files.

Preferred Education & Training:

High school diploma or technical certification.

Vocational training in composites or automotive technology.

Hands-on experience in motorsport fabrication or custom car building is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
