Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Greet clients, understand their needs, recommend vehicles, and provide exceptional service.

Sales & Upselling:

Promote and sell additional products (insurance, GPS, child seats) to increase revenue.

Operations:

Process rental agreements, manage documentation, handle payments, and resolve issues.

Sales Targets:

Consistently meet daily/monthly sales goals set by management.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on fleet, features, rental rates, and competition.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2 years Prior experience in car rental, automotive, or luxury sales (especially in the UAE)

Communication:

Excellent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Sales Skills:

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

Technical:

Basic computer skills, familiarity with rental systems.

License:

A valid UAE driving license must be required

Attitude:

Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work flexible shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
