Oversee daily operations across rental branches, including reservations, fleet allocation, vehicle maintenance, and customer service.
Ensure effective utilization of the fleet to maximize profitability.
Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Sales & Business Development
Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate, retail, and long-term rental clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with management to design pricing strategies, promotions, and packages.
Leadership & Reporting
Manage, coach, and develop operations and sales staff to deliver high performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance to senior management.
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
