Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our car rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, customer service, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of rental branches, including fleet utilization, staff scheduling, and customer service. Manage the rental fleet: availability, maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, rental procedures, and legal compliance. Monitor and improve KPIs such as vehicle turnaround time, revenue per vehicle, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure vehicle safety and timely servicing. Supervise, train, and support branch staff, drivers, and service agents. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and effectively. Optimize vehicle distribution across branches based on demand. Maintain relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and government authorities. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, fleet status, and budget adherence. Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the car rental, transportation, or automotive sector. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of fleet management systems and rental software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in logistics or automotive services. Familiarity with industry regulations and vehicle registration procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management tools.
