Roles and Responsibilities

Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing painting tasks. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and products in the automotive industry. Advise customers on proper car care and maintenance to prolong the effects of painting . Clean and maintain painting equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Inspect vehicles before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met. Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings to maintain the shine and protect the paint. Use various tools and techniques to remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from car surfaces. Perform car painting and detailing tasks to enhance the appearance of vehicles.. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor. Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in car painting and detailing is preferred. Knowledge of different painting techniques and products. Ability to operate painting tools and equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections in car surfaces. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently. Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting. Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in a workshop or garage environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
