Job description We are seeking an experienced Car Dealership Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales, finance, and service departments, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the automotive industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving profitability Responsibilities

Manage the sales, finance, and service departments to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales, finance, and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a management role within the automotive industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving profitability.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
