Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of waitstaff to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations. Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless communication and flawless dining experiences. Provide exceptional table service, guiding guests through the menu, and offering personalized recommendations. Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and prompt resolution. Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized dining environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Waiter or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting. Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor junior staff. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, menu items, and presentation standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure.
