Key Responsibilities

• Exercise final authority over the operation and control of the aircraft in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure the highest standards of flight safety, security, and operational compliance at all times.
• Take command decisions during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations with safety as the highest priority.
• Assume full responsibility for the aircraft, passengers, crew, and payload from pre-flight readiness until engines are shut down post-flight.
• Organize and manage flight deck operations under the Multi Crew Concept, assigning PF and PNF duties.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational checklists, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct thorough flight, route, and weather briefings and continuously assess operational conditions.
• Ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations and all regulatory requirements.
• Verify the validity and availability of aircraft documentation, airworthiness status, mass and balance, and required equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with cabin crew and ensure professional standards of service, appearance, and conduct.
• Promote teamwork, information sharing, and professional development within the flight crew.
• Represent DC Aviation Al Futtaim professionally, reinforcing the company's reputation for safety and excellence.

Ideal Profile

• Valid EASA or FAA ATPL license.
• Current Global 7500 type rating.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English language proficiency required.
• Prior experience as Captain or First Officer on business jet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate under high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to work a flexible duty roster and relocate or reside permanently in Dubai.
