to join our team and lead operations on board.Key Responsibilities:
Safely navigate and operate the vessel (Yacht/Dhow Cruise) Supervise crew members and ensure smooth onboard operations Provide excellent customer service to guests Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards Ensure compliance with maritime rules and regulations
Requirements:
One Captain for 12 Meter Yacht, Second Captain for 24 Meter Yacht
Valid UAE Boat Driving License (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain (Yachts / Dhows) Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused and professional attitude Ability to handle emergency situations calmlyWhat We Offer:
