Job Title: Yacht Captain - 121 ft / 36.89m Full Displacement Yacht (Load 130)

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating and navigating a large 121-foot (36.89m) full displacement yacht with a load capacity of 130.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure efficient, safe, and smooth day-to-day operation of the vessel. Maintain full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards for the yacht and crew. Guarantee the safety and well-being of all crew members and the vessel at all times. Conduct regular inspections to confirm the yacht's seaworthiness and ensure all onboard machinery is safe and fully functional. Oversee and enhance the onboard experience to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Manage all aspects of navigation, safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor's degree (preferred). Valid STCW safety training certification. Yacht Captain License (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills. Team-oriented and highly collaborative. Well-organized, reliable, and committed to high professional standards.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of navigational and operational experience on similar large yachts. Strong maritime background with solid training and hands-on experience. Knowledge of yacht management, safety procedures, and operational protocols. Understanding of financial responsibilities and both private and commercial yacht programs.
