Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff during shifts.
Assign tables, monitor service quality, and ensure quick, efficient service.
Train new service staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer interaction.
Maintain communication between kitchen and dining staff for seamless operations.
Handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks for smooth operations.
Monitor table turnovers, reservations, and customer feedback.
Assist in organizing events or large group bookings as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the F&B industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, service etiquette, and POS systems preferred.
