You will be joining our Industry X Capital Projects practice, where we focus on the following key areas:

• Digital Engineering
• Project Management & Controls
• Capital Projects Operating Model and Digital Strategy

As a Capital Projects Consultant/Analyst, you will:

• Bring digital capabilities, industry knowledge, analytics experience, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Capital Projects industry to deliver business value
• Work with leading clients across industries such as Smart Cities, Public Infrastructure, Utilities, Travel & Entertainment, Real Estate, Oil & Gas and suppliers to deliver capital projects excellence
• Design and implement digital strategy and enablement across enterprise project functions (ex: 3D/4D/5D conceptualization, Automation, IoT) across platforms like Hexagon, Bentley, AutoDesk, AVEVA, etc.
• Help shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible value \xe2\x80\x93 including current state assessments, seeing opportunities to increase efficiency, and developing solutions, business case and roadmaps to achieve the right value led outcomes for the client
• Design future ways of working \xe2\x80\x93 operating models, business functions and processes, and technology, whilst working closely with business and technology strategists, process owners and subject matter experts
• Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, deal shaping and price-to-win

Job Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experiences

• 0-2 in Project Design & Engineering for Capital Projects with strong understanding of managed services in Capital Build
• Experience in delivering large-scale capital projects across Industry groups & geographies
• Demonstrate expertise across one or more of following areas

• Implement digital tools and digital strategies for the clients
• Knowledge of End-to-End Engineering Business Process & Workflows
• Knowledge of Advanced Work Packages, Digital Twin & Thread, Project Lifecycle Management
• Experience in BIM and related standards like ISO 19650
• Engineering System Integration with other plant operations system business process
• Functional expertise in Digitization of Engineering Documents and Document migration
• Experience in emerging Digital engineering areas such as Generative redesign, Digital Twin, PLM etc.
• Functional Processes/Domain experience across the project lifecycle- FEED, Engineering, Planning and Execution, Procurement & Supply Chain, Construction, Commissioning Planning & Execution, Budget and Cost Monitoring, Contract Lifecycle Management etc.
• Experience in working on Engineering Applications i.e. EDMS, Digital Twin, BIM, 3D Modelling etc. on leading solution and platforms
• Experience in consulting team delivery with a track record of delivering projects successfully on time and on budget
• Excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling delivering consulting engagements with comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or in Design & Engineering Product Function is desirable
• Strong, well-structured communication skills, both written and oral skills, English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus

• Leverage deep Digital Engineering expertise with the ability to articulate through compelling storytelling

Bonus points if:

• You have an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
• You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops
• You are Saudi-based or willing to transfer to this emerging country
• You are an Arabic speaker and have experience in GCC region
• You have direct relevant experience in Capital Projects in KSA/GCC, especially mega projects
