Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a wide variety of savory canapes and finger foods (cheese, smoked salmon, vegetables, meat, chicken, etc.) with

refined, luxury-style presentation

that impresses clients at premium events Bake and create mini breads, savory pastries, tartlets, and quiches with consistency and precision, ensuring the highest quality for exclusive catering service Develop modern, innovative canape recipes that highlight

gourmet creativity

and set new trends in elegant catering Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control while handling

bulk production for prestigious functions

Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (

HACCP compliance

) Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where excellence and attention to detail are highly valued

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Canapes Chef / Appetizer Chef / Chef de Partie in hotels, catering, or fine dining Strong plating and garnishing skills with an eye for

haute cuisine presentation

Knowledge of a wide range of savory ingredients and dips (cheese varieties, hummus, pesto, guacamole, etc.) Ability to manage bulk production without compromising quality Flexibility with working hours and event schedules, especially for luxury events
