RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and supervise workers living in the camp.
Ensure safety regulations are met.
Ensure employee welfare policies are met.
Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations.
Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
Ordering and managing supplies and materials.
Maintaining records and preparing reports.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Proven experience as Camp Boss.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, capable of using ERP application.
Strong knowledge and capability to deal with 2000 plus employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interact with employees, address their concerns and issues.
Graduation or high school diploma preferred.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
UAE Driving License is a must.
