Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor food safety policies and procedures (HACCP standards).
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene compliance.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain documentation and prepare reports for internal and regulatory audits.
Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety best practices.
Requirements:
HACCP Certification (mandatory)
NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred)
Minimum
1 year of UAE experience
in a food safety role
Valid
UAE driving license
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or a related field
Strong understanding of UAE food safety regulations
