About The Job
A Camp Boss oversees the daily operations and management of a camp, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient living environment for site staff. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing the staff (both camp and site), proper maintenance of facilities, coordinating services like catering and housekeeping, and enforcing rules and regulations. In short, the Camp Boss is the person responsible for the overall well-being and smooth functioning of the camp.
Monitor and evaluate camp performance.
Maintaining accurate record-keeping in the system.
Supervise the camp staff and maintain proper coordination with the management.
Maintaining a safe environment for the residents.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are implemented accordingly.
Manage budgets and resources of the camp facility.
Provide the required necessities and tools for the site staff from the camp store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
