Manage day-to-day operations of the labor/staff camp.
Oversee accommodation assignments and ensure all facilities are in good condition.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met across the camp.
Coordinate with vendors for catering, laundry, housekeeping, and waste disposal services.
Monitor camp inventory and supplies including food, water, cleaning materials, etc.
Handle any staff or labor issues related to accommodation and resolve complaints promptly.
Maintain camp discipline and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on camp status, maintenance, and operations.
