Camp Boss
Job Location : UAE
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily camp operations and accommodation allocation
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep
  • Enforce camp rules, discipline, and company policies
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, catering, and maintenance teams
  • Handle employee welfare concerns and emergency situations
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor accommodation & HSE standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
