Job Vacancy: Camp Boss (Construction Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced

Camp Boss

to manage and oversee the daily operations of our labor camp. The candidate must have strong experience in camp management within the

construction industry

and ensure smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and the well-being of all camp residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of camp operations. Oversee accommodation, food, hygiene, and camp facilities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations. Maintain discipline and resolve any issues among camp residents. Coordinate with HR and site management regarding manpower and camp needs. Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance of the camp. Keep proper records of residents, attendance, and facilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Camp Boss, preferably in the

construction industry

. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of camp safety, hygiene, and facility management. Good communication skills (English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage). Ability to handle multicultural staff. Can speak atleast different languages: Hindi, English, Arabic and further languages

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality/management is a plus.
