Oversee the daily operations of the construction camp, ensuring smooth functioning and discipline.
Manage accommodation, mess, and housekeeping services for all camp residents.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the camp facilities.
Supervise camp , cleaners, maintenance workers, and other support personnel.
Coordinate with HR and site management for staffing requirements, attendance, and shift planning.
Implement and enforce camp safety rules and emergency procedures.
Ensure adequate first aid and medical facilities are available in the camp.
