Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the camp, including accommodation and hygiene.
Supervise camp staff and assign duties.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, medical issues, and staff movements.
Manage camp inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate transportation, food supply orders, and garbage disposal.
Prepare reports on camp conditions and submit to senior management
