Oversee daily operations of the labor camp, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, pest control, and sanitation services.
Ensure proper functioning of electricity, water, HVAC, and other utilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with UBA and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization) standards.
Manage labor accommodation assignments, transfers, and check-ins/check-outs.
Address and resolve employee complaints related to housing, food, and living conditions.
Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, employee details, and inspections.
Ensure all camp licenses and permits are up-to-date as per UAE labor laws.
Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) for camp compliance checks.
Prepare reports on camp occupancy, maintenance issues, and violations (if any).
Conduct fire drills and ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are functional.
Report accidents or incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in visa-related documentation for workers.
Oversee worker transportation (buses/vans) and ensure timely pick-up/drop-off.
Ensure vehicles meet RTA/DOT (Department of Transport) safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
5+ years in camp administration in UAE construction companies
Familiaruty with UAE labor laws, MOHRE & Civil Defense camp regulations.
Basic health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Valid UAE Driving License and Owned Vehicle is a MUST
