Call Operators / Appointment Setters - Oil & Gas Companies

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable

Call Operators / Appointment Setters

to work with verified databases of oil & gas companies. Your main responsibility will be to contact procurement managers and decision makers, introduce our equipment, and set appointments to generate business inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to oil & gas companies (100-120+ per day) Send cooperation proposals via e-mail (templates provided) Record call results and track lead status (interested, rejected, follow-up) Forward qualified leads to management team Enter all data into CRM/spreadsheets and maintain the sales funnel Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients

What We Provide:

Corporate email and VOIP system Verified leads database (5,000+ companies monthly) Call scripts, e-mail templates, and training CRM/spreadsheet tools for reporting

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Experience in telesales, call center, or B2B lead generation preferred Ability to work full-time: 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Compensation:

Probation period 1 month : 2,000-3,000 aed or per-lead commission ($100 per 100 qualified leads) Standard package: up to 4000 - 10000 aed per month + performance bonuses Payouts every 3-7 days
