Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Arabic.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with order processing, account issues, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide the best service.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
