Tasks and Responsibilities :-
Resolving individual clients request, identifying improvements, exploring gaps in the customer experience, and reporting them.
Answering the questions or inquiries that the client needs to know.
Providing high-quality service that meets all customer needs and enhances their satisfaction level.
Researching and reviewing the latest information and products of the company and periodically reviewing the institution's policy.
Evaluating the client's experience, writing notes, and sending reports to management periodically.
Conducting surveys for customers to understand their opinions and feedback about the product or service they receive.
Helping the company grow better by achieving customer satisfaction.
Quick response to customers, empathizing with them, understanding the problem they face, and providing the support and advice they need.
Convincing potential customers to buy the product or try the service offered by the company.
Time management and allocating an appropriate duration for each client according to their needs and requirements.
