Qualifications: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Prior experience in a call centre environment is preferred, but not essential. Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
