Call Assistant
who can help us establish strong relationships with brokers and partners in the UAE and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to brokers, agents, and potential partners in the real estate sector.
Build and maintain professional communication with brokers in the UAE, especially Dubai and Ajman.
Follow structured call scripts, handle objections, and provide accurate information about our projects.
Keep detailed call records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure follow-ups are executed in a timely manner.
Support in email campaigns by aligning call outreach with email follow-ups.
Requirements
Fluent English
with a clear and professional accent (must).
Urdu/Hindi
fluency (must), to communicate effectively with South Asian brokers and partners.
Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and deliver results with consistency.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
