We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Call Center Agents
to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide high-quality service. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
Document all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail.
Achieve assigned
KPIs including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
.
Follow communication scripts and adapt to customer needs.
Support sales by
upselling/cross-selling
when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Desired Profile
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
(UAE experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English
; Arabic and Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high call volumes.
Proficiency in MS Office and
CRM/call center software
.
Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,500 + incentives.
