Job Responsibility

• Strong phone & verbal communication skills with active listening;
• Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role is the advantage;
• VAT and TAX handling experience in the UAE.
• Preferably familiarity with CRM systems;
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone;
• Customer focus & adaptability to different personality types;
• High energy, ability to multitask, set priorities & manage time effectively;
• Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner and respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s emails;
• Process orders, forms and applications;
• Route calls to appropriate resources;
• Follow up customer calls where necessary;
• Upsell products and services;
• A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration;
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile;
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Can join immediately;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Must have experience in the same field as call center agent/representative (1-3 years);
• Proficient in relevant computer applications;
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles;
• Excellent data entry and typing skills;
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Accountabilities:

• Conduct market analysis on daily basis to ensure listing prices are within market prices;
• Negotiate the listing price with the homeowner to get the best market price or a \xe2\x80\x9cHot Deal\xe2\x80\x9d, if applicable;
• Check ads on property portals;
• Make calls and update on CRM system;
• Accountable for getting maximum of number of verified units;
• Follow up with the marketing department for updating posts;
• Presenting offers from buyers and tenants;
• Responsible for sales and leasing availability list and prices and updating the listings on CRM;
• Must be able to handle VAT and Taxation procedures.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month + Commission Experience:

• VAT & TAX: 2 years (Preferred)
• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
