Call Center Supervisor - Sharjah



Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000



We are looking for an experienced

Call Center Supervisor

to lead and manage a team of call center agents handling inbound & outbound calls for

multiple medical centers

in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily operations of call center agents

Monitor performance, call quality & productivity Provide coaching, training & support to agents Ensure all patient inquiries, appointments & follow-ups are handled professionally Prepare daily/weekly performance reports Coordinate with different medical centers for updates & requirements Maintain high customer service standards

Requirements



Minimum 2-3 years of call center/team leader experience (healthcare preferred) Strong communication & leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks & teams Familiar with CRM/Call management systems Must be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
