Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of call center agents
Monitor performance, call quality & productivity
Provide coaching, training & support to agents
Ensure all patient inquiries, appointments & follow-ups are handled professionally
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Coordinate with different medical centers for updates & requirements
Maintain high customer service standards
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of call center/team leader experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks & teams
Familiar with CRM/Call management systems
Must be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
