We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calling, building client relationships, and meeting set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold lists.
Present and explain the company's products or services to customers to generate sales.
Understand customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
Follow up on leads and conduct closing calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and queries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
