Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Representative in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Manage the entire recruitment process as necessary
Prepare offer letters and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork
Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans and leave management
Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in conducting internal HR audits to identify and address compliance gaps
Provide support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claim procedure
Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest improvements to existing HR processes
Assist in developing, implementing as well as maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with the UAE labor laws and regulations

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a human resource executive or a related position
Must be comfortable working in a highly visible role
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be honest, ethical and dependable
Must be experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
Must have a positive and go-getter attitude
Should be an expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Should a good listener; understanding, empathetic and personable
