CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE / CALL CENTER AGENT Location: Dubai Salary: AED 2,500 Job Qualification & Responsibilities:
- A minimum 1 year of proven relevant experience is a must
- Superior listening, verbal, & written communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- In charge of providing satisfactory solutions to customers\' concerns
- De-escalate situations involving complaints of dissatisfied customers
- Manage a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
