Job Title: Call Center Representative | IGAMING Experience Preferred (Not mandatory)

Location: International City Phase 2, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospective customers to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
• Providing detailed explanations of our services and answering any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Creating new customer accounts and registering them on our website.
• Encouraging customers to make a First Time Deposit (FTD) before starting the game.
• Engaging with customers to build rapport and address their needs effectively.
• Coordinating with Team Leaders regarding referral bonuses and providing information to customers about referral bonus programs.
• Resolving grievances and addressing concerns for existing clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Being an active listener and using positive language to communicate with customers.
• Gaining and maintaining customer trust through a professional voice tone and demeanor.
• Collecting calling data from Team Leaders and preparing regular reports on working performance for updates to Team Leaders.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Call Center Representative or a related field.
• At least a 10th-grade education or equivalent.
• Active listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Must be eligible to work in Dubai and possess a valid visa.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Comfortable working a 6-day work week.
