Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Handle customer inquiries and answer questions
Settle customer complaints and ensure they are satisfied
Come up with and implement higher customer retention strategies
Participate in marketing campaigns to create awareness of the company\'s service offerings
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree with proven call center or customer service experience
Should be able to work under pressure
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be a good problem solver
Must be computer literate
