Job Description

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and services Learn details about our product and services Address any questions or issues customers may have Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need Offer solutions based on client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and capabilities Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed Keep an updated customer data base Follow CRM and company procedure to ensure proper communication and company process are followed Direct prospects and leads to service advisors & reception managers when needed Coordinate and report to department head to ensure work efficiency and productivity are being met Ensure complaints are being properly registered and monitored on the system Always strive toward meeting company\'s standards and rating scheme Register and monitor all communications with customers in timely manner in the CRM Any task related to the client\xe2\x80\x99s relations department whether indoor or outdoor Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
