Call Center Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and transferring leads, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and assisting in
Quality Assurance (QA)
tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming leads and customer inquiries.
Transfer leads efficiently to the appropriate sales agents.
Conduct
Quality Assurance (QA)
tasks to ensure high standards of customer communication.
Accurately document and follow up on calls and requests.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Support the implementation of company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
; English is an advantage.
Previous experience in
real estate companies
or call centers is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
