Overall,

you will represent

PSI

by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints, and supporting our real estate clients. You'll act as the bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Call Handling & Client Interaction:

Receive inbound and outbound calls from existing and potential customers Follow call scripts for consistent, professional communication Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and provide product/service information Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and valued
Issue Resolution & Customer Support:

Resolve product/service problems by clarifying the issue and offering solutions Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction Handle queries via phone, email, and social media
Reporting & CRM Management:

Record all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system Prepare proposals for property pricing based on market trends Check and monitor property ads on online portals Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports as per PSI standards
Sales Support & Customer Engagement:

Upsell services when opportunities arise Inform clients about new property listings, offers, and services Conduct outbound satisfaction surveys and feedback calls Build long-term relationships through trust and transparency
Qualification

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (attested)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role Real estate or tele-sales experience is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Fluency in

any of the following languages

is preferred:

Chinese, Russian, Italian, Arabic

Excellent phone handling and active listening skills Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Familiarity with

CRM systems

and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
