A real estate call center manages inbound and outbound calls for real estate activities, handling inquiries about buying, selling, and renting properties.

Key functions and responsibilities

Lead management:

Making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and qualifying prospects.

Client support:

Answering general inquiries about listings, services, and processes; handling issues and complaints; and providing information on financing and legal aspects.

Scheduling and coordination:

Scheduling property viewings and appointments, and coordinating with real estate agents.

Data entry:

Maintaining accurate client records, updating customer profiles, and entering data .

Market knowledge:

Staying informed about market trends, available properties, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to callers.

Performance:

Meeting or exceeding performance metrics like call handling time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
