Job Title: Call Center Agent. ( Arabic Female)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support and monitor lead handling and service quality within our call center operations. The role focuses on follow-ups, documentation accuracy, coordination, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor lead follow-ups to ensure timely and clear communication with clients. Ensure all updates are properly documented and next steps are clearly defined. Coordinate handoffs to the appropriate specialist or team when required. Identify recurring issues, delays, or quality gaps and escalate them accordingly. Maintain simple tracking tools and share weekly observations to improve execution and performance.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Call Center Agent. A strong understanding of service standards, accountability, and performance discipline is essential, with the ability to apply these principles in a customer-centric operational environment.

Key Traits:

Highly organized, consistent, and detail-oriented. Calm under pressure and comfortable managing high volumes. Firm yet respectful when enforcing standards. Fair, objective, and trustworthy with strong integrity. Customer-focused with a "clarity and next step" mindset.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills with clear, professional writing. Fluent in Arabic and English. Sound judgment in deciding when to remind, re-route, or escalate. Proficient in using systems, CRM tools, and structured workflows.
