Job Description

A Real Estate Call Center Agent typically handles inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, providing information, scheduling viewings, and supporting the sales team. They act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing questions about listings, leasing, and company services. Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management are crucial skills for this role.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls:

Providing information about properties for sale or rent, answering general inquiries about the company and its services.

Making outbound calls:

Following up with potential clients, scheduling property viewings, and qualifying leads.

Providing customer service:

Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintaining customer relationships:

Building rapport with clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Scheduling appointments:

Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

Updating databases:

Recording client information, property details, and communication logs.

Collaborating with agents:

Working with real estate agents to facilitate sales and leasing activities.

Providing support to the sales team:

Identifying potential leads and assisting with follow-up tasks.

Handling inquiries:

Managing property listings, processing transactions, and addressing client requests.

Resolving complaints:

Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

Customer service experience:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry, is highly desirable.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution:

Ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.

Interpersonal skills:

Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Time management and organizational skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

MS Office proficiency:

Familiarity with customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Real estate knowledge:

Understanding of the real estate market, property types, and leasing processes (desired).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team:

Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with team members.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if needed.

Positive attitude:

A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

Fluent English / Arabic (or other languages as needed)
