Bedashing Beauty Lounge is looking for Call Center Agent!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone calls efficiently and accurately applying the Bedashing telephone etiquettes & call handling system. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information and reconfirming their requests. Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell treatments; explaining new services. Maintains call centre database by entering information. Reconfirms all client appointments for the day. Manage the computer booking system efficiently and ensure communication is accurate Maximizes the booking system by minimizing the gaps between each booking. Supports inachieving the target of each branch. Informs clients by explaining procedures (children policy, arrival policy etc.); answering questions;providing information. Informs the guests of their treat card points accumulation during each call, and offers treatments based on it. Understands the customer, builds strong collaborative customer relationships and builds customer trust and confidence. Actively promote Bedashing services and retail, on the phone. Works towards team targets and show initiatives in achieving them. Assist team leader with assignments/ task for completion. Have full knowledge of call centre SOPs. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Helps in performing the closing reports for the day and daily updates and ensuring they are accurately administered and completed. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training opportunities. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. Enhances Bedashing Beauty Lounge reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Pay: Up to AED3,750.00 per month

Experience:

* Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
