Luxury Holidays, a leading provider of premium travel experiences known for its high-quality customer care and tour facilities, is looking to expand its team. We are looking for young, dynamic, and enthusiastic outbound tele callers with customer service talents to join our team.

The company will provide pick-up and drop-off services within Sharjah and would love to provide accommodation if needed and agreed upon at the time of the interview.

What we want you to get the perks:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our luxury holiday packages and services.

- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about our offerings.

- Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to close sales.

- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively persuade them.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

- Female candidates preferred for this position.
