About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Call Center Agent
with a background inreal estate lead calling and customer engagement
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and previous experience handling property inquiries or telesales calls for real estate companies.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on property inquiries. Convert leads into qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM. Answer inbound calls professionally and provide accurate property information. Coordinate with sales agents to schedule viewings and update client status. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
