Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding health care services and procedures
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client information
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
Document interactions and maintain records in the system
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
