Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding cosmetic treatments and packages.
Place outbound follow-up calls to leads and existing clients for appointment confirmation, reminders, and promotions.
Clearly explain procedures such as facials, laser hair removal, fillers, slimming treatments, and skin rejuvenation services.
Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into booked consultations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic offerings, promotions, and doctor availability.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experience.
