Call Centre Agent - (Female)
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls Communicate fluently in English Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Update customer details in CRM Meet performance and quality targets
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (mandatory), additional language is advantage. Call centre/customer service experience preferred. Basic computer skills
